I stumbled across this whole foods website with fortnightly menu's with breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has all links to recipes. The recipes are easy and so very tasty!!! My kids have loved the menu choices so far :) Usually when I change our diet to some new healthier option it is time consuming and the kids hate it! But not so with this plan. The kids love the new tastes!
