What we ate last week...

Breakfast:


Scrambled Eggs with feta, semi-dried tomatoes, baby spinach and toast.



Sausage, parmesan bruschetta, brushed with garlic butter and a poached egg.

Oatmeal with cut up bananas and maple syrup.
Oatmeal with caramel apples.

Steel Cut Oatmeal with Caramelized Apples

French Toast.

Granola Parfait with berries and yoghurt.


Lunch:


Waldorf Summer Chicken Salad.

Apple Tuna Sandwich
Guacamole with veggie Sticks and corn chips. Rice Paper rolls.



Mushroom and blue cheese quiche with salad



Dinner:


Grilled Lamb Chops, mashed potato and vegetables.

Tuna Mornay Bake and salad
Creamy Fish Pie and Veggies.

Fish pie with mashed potato topping
