Menu Plan 14th January - 20th January

Welcome to my menu plan.

We have also linked in with At Home with Mrs M.

This week I have chosen all of these dishes myself, as we have been short of time this week.

Saturday:

Breakfast: Strawberry Chocolate Coconut Pancakes

Lunch: Homemade bagels with cheese, ham and avocado toasted

Dinner: Crispy Fish

Sunday:

Breakfast: Nutella Oatmeal - make oatmeal as usual, stir in a spoonful of nutella and also some chopped fruit.
Lunch: Chips by the river

Dinner: Slow-cooked honey parmesan pork roast - this is so yummy!

Monday:

Breakfast: Soft boiled eggs with toasted homemade Artisan loaf (for dipping).

Lunch: Toasted bagels with cheese and homemade vanilla yoghurt with strawberries. (I just added 1 cup of milk powder to this recipe) I also had to create my own version of a yoghurt maker as I had too much mixture to fit in mine, and surprisingly it worked :)

A small container with a lid for the yoghurt mix, a larger container that can fit the smaller one inside, with a lid. Boil a kettle, pour a small amount of water into large container and then place smaller container inside, place both lids on. Wrap in two towels and leave overnight!

Dinner: Left over honey parmesan pork roast with vegies.

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Homemade vanilla granola with vanilla yoghurt and fruit.

Lunch: Crunchy wrap

Dinner: Baked parmesan spaghetti

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Banana french toast

Lunch: English Muffin Pizzas

Dinner: Leftover spaghetti bake

Thursday:

Breakfast: Banana Scramble baked oats

Lunch: Banana and honey toasted sandwich - butter the outside of the bread, place sliced banana on the inside, spread a thick amount of honey on the inside of the bread. Put two slices together. Place in a frypan or sandwich press to cook both sides until golden.

Dinner: Caramelised baked chicken leg

Friday:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs on toast

Lunch: Salad Wrap

Dinner: Sausage and mushroom crustless quiche
