Banana brownies

I love this recipe. I made it first time this week using white chocolate instead of dark because that is all I had.

1lb dark chocolate
1 cup butter
4 eggs                                                                            
4 ripe bananas
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 T cocoa
1T baking powder

Preheat oven at 325C.

Melt Chocolate and butter.

Using a separate bowl, mash bananas and add eggs. Add flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder. Stir to combine.

Pour this banana mixture into the chocolate mixture. Mix.

Butter and flour baking dish. Pour in the batter.

Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Test with a toothpick - is it clean?

Brownies are firm.
