Menu Planning Monday...

Monday 11th June:
Dinner:  Perfect Roasted Chicken , mallow sweet potato bake, mash potato and buttermilk cornbread.
Dessert:  Chocolate Cream Pie 
Lunch: Leftover Potato Corn Chowder, Sourdough Rolls w/Butter and Garden Salad w/Ranch Dressing
Breakfast:  Power Pancakes, Eggs Over Easy, Nitrate-free Sausage Links and Fresh Mixed Berries
Tuesday 12th June:
Dinner: Lentils, Carrots & Swiss Chard w/Leftover Grilled Chicken and Warm Buttered Tortillas
Lunch: Tuna Salad Sandwiches and Cultured Pickles 
Breakfast: Pumpkin Pie Muffins, Poached Eggs and Sliced Pears
Wednesday 13th June:
Dinner: Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce, Garlic Toast and Mesclun Salad w/Raspberry Vinaigrette
Lunch: BLAT Wraps and Sliced Pears
Breakfast: French Toast, Nitrate-Free Bacon and Sliced Strawberries

Thursday 14th June:
Dinner: Turkey-Veggie Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
Lunch: Strawberry Cream Cheese Roll-Ups and Raw Veggies w/Ranch Dip
Breakfast: Eggs Over Easy, Cinnamon Toast and Fruit Smoothie
Saturday 16th June:
Dinner: Black Bean & Rice Burritos on Homemade Tortillas w/Lacto-fermented SalsaHomemade Guacamole, Cultured Sour Cream and Raw Cheese
Lunch: Chicken Dunkers “Lunchable”
Breakfast: Toad-in-the-Hole and Fresh Mixed Berries w/Dollop of Yogurt
Sunday 17th June:
Dinner: Herb Roasted Drumsticks & Veggies w/Caesar Salad
Lunch: Layered Bean Dip and Homemade Tortilla Chips
Breakfast: Breakfast Burritos and Fruit Smoothie

  2. I love being in the kitchen..so it doesn't seem too much for me, but I can see how it could seem like a lot of work :)But it is so worth it. The meals r so tasty!!
