Menu Plan Monday...

Breakfast:


Poached eggs on toast  and a banana smoothie
Banana Breakfast Smoothie
Slow-cooker Granola parfait.

Cinnamon toast and a boiled egg.

Baked Oatmeal with strawberries, banana and chocolate
Baked Oatmeal with Strawberries, Banana and Chocolate
Breakfast Banana Fritters with yoghurt, chopped bananas and maple syrup.

Maple Syrup French Toast Casserole

Egg and bacon muffins with cheese and baby spinach.

Lunch:


Cinnamon Bread plus fruit and yoghurt.

Sunshine Toast and fruit

Muffin Pizzas

Cheese on Toast plus a small salad

Raisin Bread and fruit with yoghurt.

Strawberry Greek Yoghurt Banana Bread plus fruit.

Dinner:


Lasagne Soup and crusty Bread
Lasagna soup. Another pinner said:  "Amazing with a capital A. I had SO much left over and I didn't even mind eating it every day for a week :-)"
Sweet Potato Veggie Burgers

Thai chicken Pasta

Crumbed Fish Fillets and homemade chips plus salad.
Fish and chips served with mushy peas
Macaroni, beef and cheese

Shake 'n' bake chicken nuggets with salad and boiled potatoes.

Slow-cooker lemon, herb chicken.
