Weekly Meal Plan -

Thursday:

Breakfast:

Balsamic, garlic mushrooms on toast spread with creamy Danish Fetta. Fried Egg.

Mixed mushrooms with feta on sour dough

Lunch:
Cheese enchiladas toasted. Sliced Fruit.



Dinner:
Hot Chip Sandwiches.



Friday:

Breakfast:

Raspberry Lemon Muffins, Banana Breakfast Smoothie, Scrambled Eggs.

Lunch:

Steak Diane Pie or Sausage Roll (out and about). But if you want to make steak Diane Pie go here!



Dinner: Seafood Lasagne, salad and crusty Italian bread with butter.

Saturday:

Strawberry and chocolate topped oatmeal. Boiled Egg. Orange Juice.



Lunch:

Salmon and Herb Tart with salad.



Dinner:

Aussie Works Burgers and Banana Splits.



Sunday:

Breakfast:

Orange Pikelets and Fruit salad with yoghurt.

Lunch:

Prawn and Mango Salad.
Mango & prawn salad

Dinner:
Spaghetti Bolognese.

Monday:

Breakfast:
Leftover Pancake parfait. Poached egg.

Lunch:

Leftover salad.

Dinner:
Chinese BBQ pork and fried rice.

Tuesday:

Breakfast:

Banana stuffed French Toast


Lunch:

Crackers, cheese and salad.

Dinner:
Creamy Salmon and leek Pie, mash and beans.

Breakfast:

Buttermilk mango pancakes, with maple syrup and yoghurt.

Sausages, baked beans, mash potato.
